These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pathway Floor and Tile website at pathwayfloorandtile.com (the "Site"), operated by Pathway Floor and Tile, Canton, Ohio ("we," "us," "our"). By using this Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms.
1. About This Site
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to let prospective customers request a free estimate for tile, flooring, and bathroom remodeling services. Nothing on this Site is a binding contract for services. A binding agreement exists only once both parties sign a written estimate or service agreement.
2. Free Estimate Requests
Submitting the estimate request form does not guarantee we can take on your project. Estimates are provided at our discretion, subject to availability, project scope, and service area. Requesting an estimate doesn't obligate you to hire us, and doesn't obligate us to provide services.
3. The 14-Day / $2,000 Guarantee
Our offer to complete a bathroom remodel within 14 working days, or apply a $2,000 credit to your invoice, applies only to projects covered by a signed written estimate that explicitly includes this guarantee. "Working days" means days our crew is actively on site performing work. It excludes delays from material backorders, permitting, customer-requested change orders, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Full terms are set out in your signed estimate.
4. Pricing
Any pricing shown or discussed on this Site or by phone is an estimate only, and isn't final until provided to you in writing after an in-home consultation. Final pricing is set out in your signed written estimate.
5. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and other content on this Site belong to Pathway Floor and Tile or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content commercially without our written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false or fraudulent information through this Site, attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site's operation, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-Party Links
This Site may link to third-party sites (Google, social media). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pathway Floor and Tile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this Site. This section doesn't limit any liability we hold under a signed service agreement for actual project work.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
10. Changes to These Terms
